King Kong
One of Hollywood’s most classic films is remade in New Zealand using the very latest digital technologies and massive studio sets. Based in 1930’s New York the story takes us via a tramp steamer to a mysterious island somewhere near Java.
Louis Vuitton 150th
Inside Out’s production of this touring international event allowed for the design of finely mechanized staging to accompany the live and projected show elements, all housed in a massive purpose built and re-locatable venue.
Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Three and a half years of painstaking work, over 350 sets and locations, multi-million dollar budgets, hundreds of builders, painters, makers. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy was as much an epic in the making as it was a motion picture phenomenon.
Singapore Air
Directed by Vincent Ward this commercial for the new Singapore Air service from Singapore direct to New York was awarded a 'Mobius Award - Gold' for art direction.
The Holy Sinner
Preformed in the Saint James Theatre as a highlight of the 2005 Wellington Arts Festival the Inside Out Production of Thomas Mann’s ‘The Holy Sinner’ called for a fusion of medieval, industrial and strongly physical design.

This highly acclaimed film needed a design approach that fitted seamlessly into the natural environment of a small coastal Maori village.
